The 'Chicken legs' walker. It looks like a toy, but then again most props do. (Including the Enterprise in ST and any other sci-fi film/tv series that uses spaceships)

Apart from the full-sized ones used out in the California redwoods aka. "forest of Endor" these are as "real" as it gets.

Absolutely true and I wasn't meant to sound as though I was knocking them

I wish they had the full sized ones there (They had lukes landspeeder, picture to follow here shortly) I also wished they had the death star model from A New Hope as well as the Under-construction one from the Return of the Jedi. I suppose those were too big though.

Hey! I was at that exhibit a few weeks ago! What was your favorite part? I loved looking over the Falcon and seeing all the little model kit pieces they used, as well as confirming that yes, the interrogation droid is in fact made out of two R2 unit heads. :D

That's interesting! I'll be posting more of the pics I took there shortly. It was a good time to be from Wichita, and thought most people on DeviantArt would not know/or be able to make it to Wichita KS, especially since the Star wars fan base spans the globe.

True. That's the bad part about being dead center in one of the biggest countries in the world: the same distance from everything, and it takes too long to get there.

BTW: I'm actually living on campus at WSU right now. Lol, I'm actually typing this while I should be studying for a grueling Calculus exam at 10:30 tomorrow.
